I was raised in Southeast Texas and have been married for 27 years. I have three amazing children and two precious doodle dogs. Many years ago God birthed a dream in my heart to help empower and serve others.

I genuinely LOVE what I do. Walking alongside someone who is hurting and being welcomed into that space is an honor. I have a special passion for helping people find true, long-lasting freedom, so they can move forward and authentically live life. Regardless of whether they're facing anxiety, depression, are in a tough relationship, have family of origin difficulties, or have experienced any type of abuse.
